A primed 24 Gauge steel door prehung in a high performance wood frame. The polyurethane core provides energy efficiency. Your stocking program can be limited to four skus. Complementary retail options include jamb extension kits and brickmould sets. 

DOOR: 24ga Import Primed Warm White Steel Slab, primed wood stiles and top rail, composite bottom rail, polyurethane core with 12" wood lock block. Available with double drilling only, complete with mortised face plates for superior hardware installation. 

FRAME: Kiln dried, finger joint primed pine, available in 4-9/16” and 6-9/16” jamb depth. Brickmould sold separately.

WEATHERSEALS: Compression kerf weatherstrip, adjustable PVC door shoe with rain cap, Corner Pad, Extruded fixed sill in mill finish with composite substrate and black cap, sill gaskets to avoid messy caulking.

HARDWARE: Ball bearing 4”x4” hinges.

PACKAGING: Skid lot quantities of 7 (4 9/16") or 6 (6 9/16"). Skids designed to fit into pallet racking, with front braces easily removed. Packaging includes door bottoms, hinge protectors, corner protectors and consumer friendly, easy to read, door identification cards.

WARRANTY: Limited 10 year warranty if painted within 45 days of purchase.

ACCESSORIES:
Brickmould Sets: contain 2 1/2 lengths of brickmould - pre mitred. Retail shrink wrapped and labelled.
 

Jamb Extension Kit: contains 2” primed FJ Pine profiled and cut to length, 2” aluminum sill extension to affix to any Madero sill.
