The SIMPSON HD3B is a heavy-duty bolted holdown designed to provide lateral and uplift resistance for wood structures. It measures 8 inches in height and has a 5/8 inch bolt diameter.

The holdown features a double-shear nailing pattern for added strength and a pre-punched hole for easier installation.
